Order Processing Time
Please allow 2–3 business days for us to process your order before it is shipped. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Options

• Free Worldwide Shipping: 5–7 business days (after processing)

• UPS Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (after processing)

Shipping Times
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier delays beyond our control. Once your order has been shipped, CupHaus is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing times, or lost/stolen packages.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. CupHaus is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Tracking
All orders include tracking information once dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after shipment.
